So I got into Stratford to pre-order my Wii this morning. Number 6 in line to get a Wii! We showed up at about 8 (the store opens at 10). When we got there there was a guy in a trench coat and combat boots, balding, waiting. He was hilarious, and looked kind of horrifying. We got out and waited for about 15 minutes before they opened up early and took us in one by one to pre-order. It was 200 bucks down (hell, at least now I can't spend it!) and we have to bring photo ID and a birth certificate to pick it up on Nov 19th.
I Bought Straight Outta Lynwood. Fucking brilliant. I think it might be his best album ever. It's really that good. The DVD had some awesome music videos on it as well. One of the songs prompted Ben to look up a band called Sparks. Holy shit, he played "The Rhythm Thief" on the was there, it was incredible. I think I needs to obtain many an album!
I also got to see Man of The Year. The commercials are VERY misleading. But that's okay because it was a really good movie all around. Plus it has Walken.
Anyways, gotta get up early for school. Ja Ne
