Chocolate Jesus

I've been listening to Tom Waits a lot recently. It's really really good stuff. The album I've gotten most recently is Rain Dogs, and I love it. It has a feel somewhat similar to that of the dialogue in a Film Noir movie. Right now he's probably my favorite vocalist. The best way I can describe to you what his style is like is to make a comparison to Louis Armstrong. Think Louis Armstrong, with a bad cough, really drunk, and louder. It's really awesome and I highly suggest it.

In other music news, Zack introduced me to a band called 3. Let me just think of a word that is accurate in describing how cool they are.

Aside from working on my comic, I have also started work on the script for a zombie movie that me and a few friends will be submitting to a student film festival next spring. So far, it's coming along okay, but I need to fix some things before I can continue to work on it. It's supposed to be overly cheesy and funny, and in no way does it constitute a serious movie.

Sometime this week I think I'm going to be having a Die Hard Movie marathon, which will be awesome, as Die Hard part 4 is out today. Unfortunately he won't be saying his catch phrase in the fourth, but that's okay, we all know he's thinking it the whole time.
