So, my lovely girlfriend got her new camera today, quite wonderful!
There's really not much to blog about right now, I went sledding yesterday, and watched "The Protector", I think I watched portions of it at Chris' place once, but all in all, badass fucking movie.
Been working on the bass a bunch, not a lot of progress, although my fingers are getting better at that whole ... moving ... thing.
anyhow, I should go study for my exams now, then hopefully I might go sledding / movie watching again tommorrie! (maybe?)

"Ja" stands for "just asking", Keth, Chris and I started using it back in 1998 but it became a total inside joke when we started using it when it didn't even apply, like at the end of every sentence instead of just questions.
Then in about 2002 it evolved to a way of saying goodbye, closing our conversations. Similar to what we did with "bh" or "but hell," which we sometimes use when we feel "ja" got too mainstream. There are even some famous Torontonians who use it now—hell, it's been in movies! That's how we know we hit it big with ja. I guess it's stupid, but hell,
